Brings Client’s Success in Early Spring.

It’s spring time. The market is extremely active. And pricing your home correctly is everything. With so many listings popping up in Nashville and the surrounding area, it’s extremely important to be at the front of the pack. As always, the Crystal Group’s intention is to sell it for top value and sell it quickly. I give my clients a few different approaches they could take in regards to pricing. The first is to price the property just a little below market value with the intention of creating tons of interest and hopefully receive multiple offers. The second option is to price it right at current market value . The third is to go just a little over market value. Recently, most of my clients are going with the first approach and as a result they’ve had tons of success getting their properties sold in a timely manor and for top dollar.
