How much do I love the Vastanos! Oh, let me count the ways. Such an incredibly warm, fun and kind family. It was an honor to help this extraordinary crew both sell and buy a home. We helped them with a local move from Brentwood Davidson County to Brentwood Williamson County. Their sell was one that was a group effort of my team and the Vastanos prepping their house to bring not only top value, but for it to sell quickly. That it did. We had four offers within moments of it being on the market. We negotiated the best deal for them and had a smooth transaction. During this process, my favorite part was we found a beautiful home that fit their family perfectly. I love seeing their awesome kiddos grow and enjoy their new home.
