It was such a pleasure helping Pablo Dongarra and his incredible family purchase this investment property. What a find! A condo like this doesn’t come along that often. It was completely remodeled, centrally located and in a top-notch school district.  Needless to say, there were several offers on this gem. I’m not sure if there is anything I enjoy more in real estate than negotiating and winning a multiple offer scenario for my clients. I am so happy for Pablo and his family!
